You must contact and liaise with Help to Buy Wales. They will require that you complete their form (see link below) and obtain an up to date valuation from a professional chartered surveyor who can confirm the property value on the open market. The surveyor will compare the property to other similar properties to do this. Completion cannot occur until Help to Buy Wales are satisfied.
